Welcome to the Century View Property Owner's Association website.
This site was revamped in January 2014 to positive acclaim.
The purpose of this site is to engage with the broader Century View community, on issues and actions that are pertinent to you and to provide useful and meaningful information to the community. To this end I invite your feedback, comments, brickbats and bouquets so that together we can craft a communication portal that we can all be proud of and which delivers the necessary information.

Century View is one of many residential complexes within the greater Century City precinct, and is home to 364 households, which includes 37 units in The Grange. Refer to the Century View Base Plan to get a bird's eye view of the layout of our cluster development. Every owner automatically enjoys membership of the Century View Property Owners Association (CVPOA), irrespective of whether or not they reside in the complex. There is a healthy mixture of owner/resident and tenant/resident.
All the residential complexes within Century City automatically belong to the Century City Property Owners Association. Check out their website for useful information about the greater Century City. The CCPOA takes care of Century City infrastructure, security and maintenance matters together with Rabie the Century City developer.
The first tier of security control at Century View is by way of our security checkpoint at the entrance which is manned 24/7 as part of the agreed Service Level Agreement in place with the security service provider. The access control system has been designed in such a way as to enable maximum flexibility and monitoring.
As a standard rule homeowners are issued with a maximum of 2 access card per property to be used by live-in residents who operate a vehicle on-site. Additional cards may be requested in writing from the Managing Agent when there is a change to the number of live-in residents e.g. when a child reaches driving age and now operates their own vehicle. Please note that additional cards are only issued to residents, and not to any other person in light of the security risk posed.
A refundable deposit of R200 is required for additional cards in case of damage or loss. Such cards must be reported in writing to the managing agent so as to allow the code to be removed from the security monitoring system.
Residents not able to produce an access card upon entry shall be required to complete the prescribed entry document upon every entry to the Century View precinct. Please give your full co-operation in this regard should you find yourself in this situation.
